There is nothing even remotely similar to the Heaven’s Gate Away Team Shirt in contrast I will get this resources the average person has access to, and what celebrities have access to. So why concern yourself with the cardio so-and-so did? They have the time and resources to make it happen. Most people aren’t exceptions to the rule but some are. People with these resources are an exception. You likely aren’t, so him doing 60 minutes (or not) is irrelevant to the average hard-gainer trying to put on mass. It’s not worth your time to even consider. You probably don’t want to attempt it because the odds are stacked against you. No one knows how he trained except for him and his trainer (or whoever else was present). And unless he or they kept detailed notes about how he trained, and how he ate, I seriously doubt their recall about what they did is even that accurate in the first place. That’s assuming you heard it directly from the horse’s mouth and not some clickbait website. I’ve observed people training (and eating) in this capacity, and then heard how the media portrayed it, and my recall of what I saw happening and what the media says happened is disconnected. And I’m fully open to the idea of my recall being poor, just as you should anytime someone tells you they did, such and such to get Y result.

What’s more likely is that some of my recall is accurate, and some of the Heaven’s Gate Away Team Shirt in contrast I will get this trainer or celebrity’s recall is accurate, and the media is twisting all of it to turn it into an interesting story. The internet is chock-full of these claims and people round up or fudge numbers unknowingly all the time because our memory-recall isn’t as good as we think it is. There are dozens of research papers showing this to be the case. When people are surveyed about their eating, they fudge the numbers lower and recall much better eating than they actually ate. Likewise, when surveyed about their activity, they round up and fudge the numbers higher, projecting a person who is much more active than they are. It’s not so much ‘lying’ as it is the human condition. We project the things we want to be true, to the point where it can literally displace our memory recall. You forget about the pie, ice cream, cookies you had in a week and instead focus on the squash, chicken and mixed vegetables. Even if he did this amount of cardio? When he did it matters. If they build up a bunch of muscle and then did a bunch of cardio to lean out for the role, that’s entirely different than doing 60 minutes of cardio for the year leading into the role. Is completely different from packing the amount of food down because you’re told by your trainer/nutritionist/chef you HAVE to eat at least this amount based on your activity levels.
