Shipping & Delivery

Every Podxmas item is made to order. After your payment is confirmed, your design enters our production queue. Most customers receive their order within the total window below (production + shipping).

Estimated delivery: 3–6 business days after payment is received and your order is processed.

Order production: Your order enters a 2 hours grace period after checkout — contact us within that window to change or cancel. Production typically takes 1–2 business days.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST are processed on the next business day.

Shipping time: Standard U.S. delivery is typically 2–4 business days after dispatch. International delivery varies by destination. Every shipment includes a tracking link when available.

• U.S. and international shipping: Free shipping on eligible orders over $75.00*

Your exact rate appears at checkout after you enter your shipping address. Add items to cart and proceed to checkout to preview costs before paying.

Incorrect or undeliverable address: We are not responsible for failed delivery when incorrect or incomplete information was provided. Items returned to us may be reshipped at your cost:

• $7 per item to reship within the U.S.
• $10 per item to reship internationally

Multiple addresses: We ship to one address per order. Place separate orders for different destinations. PO boxes and military APO/FPO addresses are accepted.

VAT & import duties: For international orders we do not collect VAT at checkout. Import fees, if any, are the recipient's responsibility. Contact your local customs office for details.
