You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Podxmas sells custom print-on-demand products. Colors and print placement may vary slightly from screen previews due to monitor settings and production processes.

You are responsible for reviewing your personalization — names, spelling, photos, and design — before checkout. We produce items exactly as submitted unless we identify an obvious error and contact you first.

You represent that you have the right to upload any images or content used in your order and that your content does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by such errors.

Payment is due at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover (via Stripe), and PayPal. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email.

Delivery estimates are provided on our Shipping & Delivery page and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where prohibited by law.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Podxmas designs, logos, and website content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

You retain ownership of content you upload. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to reproduce it solely to fulfill your order and provide customer support.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PODXMAS LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service or a product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim, or $100 USD if no purchase was made.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
