And yeah, snacks would make it easier to do that amount of cardio and still build muscle, but maintaining muscle is something else entirely and you can do that amount of cardio and still maintain muscle. Boxers and numerous other athletes do it on the Heaven’s Gate Last Ride Out T-Shirt moreover I love this regular, but they are still exceptions, not the rule. Superherojacked states that Michael b Jordan did 45-60 minutes of cardio a day 6 days a week, How can he be that muscular by doing this much cardio this frequently? He very well could be, don’t get me wrong, but nothing in his physique screams “I’m juicing” to me. Mike Tyson or Evander Holyfield were both that big (or bigger) in a sport that tested for steroid use. I mean they could both also very much have used at some point too but sometimes there are people out there with excellent genetics who can look this good without them. If anything I’d say he used something to lean out but that’s neither here, nor there. He could just have amazing genetics too.

I’m not going to be a detective and analyze how quickly (or slowly) he gained mass, or try to determine if either of those boxers did or didn’t have snacks. Frankly, I don’t really care, and I don’t know why you do either. You can’t give your credit card to your nutritionist and tell them to buy every and any supplement they think you’ll ever need, and then have them remind you to take them all every day. There is nothing even remotely similar to the Heaven’s Gate Last Ride Out T-Shirt moreover I love this resources the average person has access to, and what celebrities have access to. So why concern yourself with the cardio so-and-so did? They have the time and resources to make it happen. Most people aren’t exceptions to the rule but some are. People with these resources are an exception. You likely aren’t, so him doing 60 minutes (or not) is irrelevant to the average hard-gainer trying to put on mass. It’s not worth your time to even consider. You probably don’t want to attempt it because the odds are stacked against you.
