🔄 Refund & Returns Policy

At Podxmas, we take pride in offering high-quality, made-to-order products. While all items are custom-made, we understand that issues can arise. That’s why we offer a 14-day return policy under certain conditions outlined below.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund if your order meets any of the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged upon arrival

  • There are visible defects in the print

  • The item is the wrong size, color, or design

  • The item is the wrong style (e.g., horizontal matte instead of vertical matte)

📋 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or refund:

  1. Submit your request within 14 days of receiving your item.

    • Requests beyond 14 days will not be accepted.

  2. Contact us via our Contact Us page or email sales@podxmas.com

  3. Choose between:

    • Exchange for the same item, or

    • Full refund to your original payment method.

  4. Send your return to:
    1314 W McDermott Dr, Allen, TX 75013, United States
    Please include your Order ID and note that return shipping is at your own expense.

💳 Refund Processing Times

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • PayPal: within 24–48 business hours

  • Credit/Debit Cards: within 5–10 business days

❌ Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or make changes to your order within 2 hours of receiving your order confirmation email.
After this 2-hour window, your order enters production and can no longer be modified or canceled.

🎁 Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
You will receive a gift credit for the return’s value. Once we receive and inspect the item, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
