A Poisonous Smile & A Calcified Heart & A Cancerous Gut & The Appetite To Give Up Dark Humor Graphic Tee

Dark humor typography for alternative fashion

This navy blue tee is a bold statement piece for fans of emo, grunge, and nihilistic aesthetics. It features the phrase “A poisonous smile & a calcified heart & a cancerous gut & the appetite to give up” in stark white sans-serif text, offering a sharp contrast to generic motivational slogans. Designed for those who prefer self-deprecating dark humor, this shirt captures the mood of depressive aesthetic clothing without needing extra explanation.

Design details and aesthetic appeal

The design relies on minimalist typography rather than complex graphics, making it versatile for various alternative styles. A thick white outline around the mockup edges highlights the print area, ensuring the lyric art stands out against the deep navy background. This approach appeals to lovers of poetic sadness and edgy graphic t-shirts that prioritize message over imagery. The color scheme pairs easily with black jeans, distressed denim, or layered streetwear, fitting seamlessly into an existing wardrobe.

Is this related to a medical test?

No, this product is strictly an apparel item. While “TEE” is a common acronym for transesophageal echocardiogram, the title uses “Tee” simply to denote the T-shirt blank. There is no connection to medical procedures or diagnostic tools here.

What is the material composition?

The shirt is typically made from a soft cotton blend suitable for daily wear. Specific fabric percentages may vary by batch, but the focus remains on comfort and durability for the printed design. You can expect a breathable feel that holds up well over time.

Does the print crack after washing?

High-quality printing methods are used to ensure longevity. To maintain the integrity of the white text on the navy fabric, wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry low. Following these simple washing instructions helps preserve the print quality through many wears.
