Other studies use antibody titres to determine immunity. This is also not comparable as antibody levels are not predictive of efficacy or duration of protection from actual disease. Antibody levels fade to undetectable in just a few months: but those of us infected 16 months ago have not been sick again, not in lab studies nor epidemiological studies of whole populations heavily infected last year with no reported second infections.
