The first cat was a tailless white male that greeted me as I drove up. She was probably happy to be back on solid ground. From the feel of her neck, she had been microchipped. I hope her owner found her. There was a third cat that managed to get in the door at work that I didn’t intend to take in but got it some help anyway. This cat was pregnant and it was clear that she was looking for a quiet place to have her kittens. We called the humane society and they found nice homes for her kittens as well as the mom. I know this because the humane society sent us pictures of all four cats and their new owners.

It is barely acceptable with the litter that came with that machine. If you try to use any other clumping litter, you will not be happy. And their brand litter was so expensive, no wonder I do not see them around anymore. Then I tried another one, the name of which eludes me right now and my cat refused to use it. She was peeing and pooping around the box. Dunno why. When I look at the automatic litter boxes today, all I notice is, how small the litter area is. I have 3 cats and 2 litter boxes at my home. Although both boxes are considerably larger than automatic boxes, one is a little smaller compared to the other one and my cats are very reluctant to use the smaller box. Hence I am not even gonna try those automatic ones.
