Cleveland Indians shirt

For one thing, the Cleveland Indians shirt moreover I love this Constitution itself and the history behind it undermine the argument. The ultimate authority in judging elections is given to Congress, not the judiciary. This is why the house gets to decide an election when neither candidate gets enough electoral votes, but it is not decided by a vote by every Representative in the House, but by a single vote from each state. States elect Presidents. It is for this reason that Congress has the authority to refer state results back to the various legislatures if the circumstances of the irregularities cast doubt on the validity of the results, and it is why Congress is the ultimate body to certify the results. The certification is not merely a meaningless ritual.

Stated differently, Congress is not simply there to act as a rubber stamp. The framers and ratifiers of the Cleveland Indians shirt moreover I love this Constitution did not set up a unnecessary and futile procedure. They did not do useless things. Furthermore, there are both legal and historical precedents for Congress’s ultimate authority to decided disputed elections.
