Design and comfort details

This black pullover hoodie combines a distressed grunge aesthetic with comfortable wearability for game days or casual outings. The central graphic displays Jason Voorhees holding a machete against a red circle background, with “RAYS” text where the hockey mask replaces the letter A. The fabric is a soft cotton polyester blend that feels substantial without being heavy, ensuring you stay warm during cooler stadium visits. The print uses a distressed style to give the garment a vintage, well-worn look right out of the box.

Is this hoodie suitable for cold weather?

Yes, the cotton/polyester blend provides warmth ideal for fall and winter MLB games or casual wear during cooler seasons. This hoodie works as reliable winter apparel when temperatures drop at the ballpark or during evening events. The medium-weight fabric offers insulation without excessive bulk, keeping you comfortable whether you are watching a late-season playoff game or running errands on a chilly day.

Who is the target audience for this design?

The target audience includes fans of other MLB teams, horror fans, and baseball fans who enjoy funny sports rivalry merchandise. This hoodie appeals to those who appreciate the intersection of pop culture and competitive sports banter. Horror enthusiasts will recognize the iconic Jason Voorhees imagery, while rival team supporters will enjoy the playful jab at the Tampa Bay Rays. It suits anyone looking for conversation-starting apparel that blends fandom with film knowledge.

How durable is the Jason Voorhees print?

The screen-printed graphic maintains color vibrancy over time when proper washing instructions are followed. Print durability depends on care habits, so turning the hoodie inside out before machine washing in cold water helps protect the design. Avoid high heat in drying cycles to prevent cracking or fading of the distressed elements. With consistent gentle care, the Jason Voorhees artwork remains sharp through many wears and washes.

Can I gift this to a Tampa Bay Rays fan?

It works best as a humorous gift for friends who dislike the Rays or enjoy self-deprecating team banter. Consider their sense of humor before gifting, as some loyal fans may not appreciate the rivalry angle. This gift idea suits people who laugh about sports competition rather than take it too seriously. Pair it with tickets to a game between rival teams for a memorable experience that highlights the fun side of baseball fandom.
