What does ‘I’m a badger on Saturdays and a patriot on Sundays’ mean?

The phrase references the weekly schedule of American football fans: NCAA college games (like Wisconsin Badgers) typically play on Saturdays, while NFL games (like New England Patriots) are played on Sundays. It celebrates supporting both teams simultaneously without conflict.

Is this hoodie related to the ‘Badger Badger Badger’ meme?

While it uses the word ‘badger,’ the design specifically features Bucky Badger, the mascot of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, not the animated character from the MrWeebl meme. The humor lies in the sports scheduling conflict rather than the viral video.

Who is this hoodie for?

This item is ideal for individuals who identify as fans of both the Wisconsin Badgers and the New England Patriots. It serves as a conversation starter for dual team loyalists or those who enjoy mixing college and professional sports allegiances. It makes an excellent sports fan gift for friends or family members with similar interests.

How should I care for the printed design?

To preserve the screen-printed graphics of Captain Patriot and Bucky Badger, wash the hoodie inside out in cold water and tumble dry low. Avoid ironing directly over the print to prevent damage to the ink. Proper care ensures the durable print remains vibrant and maintains the overall hoodie comfort through many wears.
