It seems to be the intrinsic value of these games have been completely trashed by some sort of strange wokism in which everything and anything can be an Olympic sport. I cannot see games such as women’s (or men’s) beach volleyball as an Olympic Sport. Nor can I see events as Women’s (again or men’s) Rythmic Swimming (Syncronized Swimming) or 3 Man (or Women) basketball as an Olympic Sport.

Although I was never a big fan my interest in the It take a strong woman to be a mother but it takes an even stronger woman to be a grieving mother shirt in contrast I will get this Olympics totally evaporated some 10 or 15 years ago when I accidentally tuned in to the Tae Kwon Do event. I had been away from Tae Kwon Do / Hapkido / Karate for some 10 years or so at that time because of life events. I tuned in to the event one night when I was channel surfing and I couldn’t understand what it was. I identified it as some kind of Korean based “fighting” but I didnt know it was Tae Kwon Do until the labeling at the bottom of the screen finally identified it as such. Before that I was mystified.
