Short Description: Black long-sleeve shirt with yellow crossed-rake graphic. Vintage workwear style for landscapers, gardeners, and lawn care crews who love puns.

Rake Bauers Yard Work Co. long sleeve shirt overview

This RAKE BAUERS YARD WORK CO. Long Sleeve Shirt is a black crew-neck tee printed with a vintage-style yellow logo of two crossed rakes. It is built for landscapers, gardeners, and lawn care workers who want functional apparel that shows off their trade humor. The design leans into classic workwear branding rather than modern minimalism, making it easy to spot on job sites or at the hardware store.

The arched text and central script “of” create a cohesive emblem look that reads clearly from a distance. Whether you run your own crew or just enjoy gardening as a hobby, this shirt fits the niche without feeling like a costume piece. It pairs well with jeans, cargo pants, or work boots for an authentic outdoor aesthetic.

Design and fit details

The print uses bold yellow ink on black fabric to mimic old-school company logos found on barn doors and toolboxes. This vintage workwear contrast ensures the graphic stays visible even after multiple washes if cared for properly. The yellow graphic pops against the dark background, giving the shirt a rugged yet playful appearance suitable for both professional and casual wear.

Long sleeves make this top ideal for cooler weather tasks or for layering under jackets when temperatures drop in fall and winter. The cut allows full range of motion for raking, digging, or mowing without restricting arm movement. You get the warmth of a long-sleeve tee combined with the durability needed for active outdoor jobs.

Is this shirt suitable for cold weather?

Yes, the long sleeves provide enough warmth for fall and winter gardening or landscaping jobs. It works well as a base layer under heavier coats when you need extra insulation during early morning shifts or late evening cleanups. The fabric weight is designed to keep you comfortable without overheating during physical activity.

What is the fit type?

The shirt has a standard casual fit type typical of long-sleeve tees. It allows for comfortable movement during yard work without being overly tight or restrictive. Most buyers find the relaxed cut accommodates various body shapes while maintaining a neat silhouette.

Does it shrink after washing?

To maintain size and print quality, follow specific washing instructions: use cold water and tumble dry low. Avoid high heat to prevent excessive shrinking of the cotton blend. Proper care helps preserve the vibrancy of the yellow graphic and the integrity of the black fabric over time.

Is it comfortable for yard work?

The soft fabric and relaxed cut make it easy to wear while raking, planting, or mowing. The design is durable enough for regular outdoor use and withstands the friction of tools and equipment. You can focus on your tasks without worrying about irritation or restricted mobility.
