What is the exact quote on the shirt?

The shirt displays the full parody poem: “Roses are red, mashed potatoes are white, touch my deviled eggs and we’re gonna fight.” This exact quote is printed clearly above an illustration of deviled eggs in a red dish. The text and image work together to deliver the punchline instantly, so there is no confusion about the message. It is a direct reference to the popular internet meme format, adapted specifically for food lovers.

Is this a good gift for foodies?

Yes, this shirt is an ideal gift for foodies, home cooks, and anyone who enjoys food puns. It serves well as a funny birthday present or a holiday stocking stuffer for people who spend time in the kitchen. The humor is relatable to those who take pride in their dishes but do not take themselves too seriously. Since it is November 2026, it fits perfectly into the upcoming holiday gifting season for friends and family members who love cooking.

How should I wash this long sleeve shirt?

To preserve the print quality, machine wash the shirt inside out in cold water. Tumble dry on low heat or hang it to dry to prevent shrinking and fading over time. Following these care tips helps maintain the vibrancy of the graphic and the softness of the fabric. Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents, as they can damage the screen-printed ink and the cotton blend material.

Does this shirt run true to size?

This long sleeve shirt generally runs true to standard US sizing for most wearers. If you prefer a looser, more relaxed casual look, consider sizing up one step from your usual fit. The unisex cut means men and women can find a comfortable match by checking their typical measurements against the size chart. For a snugger fit, stick with your regular size, as the fabric has minimal stretch.
