This tee is a witty nod to healthcare professionals who prioritize research over anecdotes. The design features the popular phrase “That wasn’t very evidence based of you,” paired with a cartoon frog dressed as a nurse holding a coffee cup. It captures the specific brand of nurse humor that resonates with anyone tired of unscientific claims in clinical settings. By wearing this shirt, you signal a commitment to Evidence-based practice while keeping the mood light and approachable during long shifts or casual gatherings.

Who this shirt is for

This apparel is designed for Nurses, Doctors, Medical students, and Researchers who appreciate academic sarcasm. It works well as a conversation starter at conferences, hospital break rooms, or social events where medical colleagues gather. The message clearly communicates a professional identity rooted in data-driven care without taking itself too seriously. If your circle values logic and science, this graphic connects with their daily reality and shared frustrations about misinformation.

Product details and quality

This garment is made from soft black cotton fabric with white text and a colorful graphic print. The material offers a comfortable fit suitable for daily wear in both clinical and casual environments. Because it uses durable cotton fabric, the shirt holds up well through repeated washing cycles. The graphic print remains vibrant, ensuring the humorous design stays legible and sharp over time. Machine washable construction makes care simple for busy healthcare workers who need reliable clothing options.

What does ‘that wasn’t very evidence-based of you’ mean?

It is a sarcastic remark used by healthcare professionals when someone makes a claim without scientific backing. The phrase highlights the importance of relying on data rather than personal opinion or anecdotal evidence. Wearing this shirt lets you express that sentiment visually and humorously.

Is this tee suitable for male nurses?

Yes, the unisex cut and neutral black color make it suitable for all genders. The humorous design appeals to anyone working in healthcare who enjoys witty, profession-specific apparel. There are no gendered styling elements that would limit its wearability.

What is the best way to wash a graphic tee like this?

Turn the shirt inside out before washing to protect the print. Use cold water and mild detergent, then tumble dry low or hang to dry to maintain the fabric quality and graphic integrity. This method prevents cracking or fading of the colorful frog illustration.

Can I wear this to work in a hospital?

Many hospitals allow casual Fridays or specific uniform exceptions for themed shirts. Check your facility’s dress code policy, but this tee is designed for comfort and humor, making it ideal for non-clinical days or staff events. It is best suited for administrative roles or relaxed workplace cultures.
