What is the Jump Around tradition?

Jump Around is a college football tradition where fans jump up and down during the third quarter. While the Jump Around origin traces back to Purdue University in 1998, the ritual became widely associated with the intense atmosphere of Wisconsin’s Camp Randall Stadium. This shared fan ritual creates a unified moment of energy that resonates deeply with local supporters and visitors alike.

Is this officially licensed UW-Madison apparel?

No, this item is not official merchandise licensed by the University of Wisconsin-Madison. It is an independent fan gear product inspired by the popular Jump Around slogan and team colors. Buyers should be aware of the licensing status when purchasing, as this is a tribute design rather than university-endorsed apparel.

Can I wear this hoodie to Lambeau Field games?

Yes, many Wisconsin fans wear Jump Around gear to both college and professional games. While the phrase is tied to college traditions, it resonates broadly with Wisconsin sports culture across the state. This makes it versatile fan wear suitable for Packers games, Badgers matchups, or general support for Wisconsin athletics throughout the year.

How should I care for my new hoodie?

Machine wash cold inside out with like colors to preserve print quality and prevent cracking. Tumble dry low or hang dry to maintain the shape and prevent fading of the white text and red logos. Proper care ensures the graphic remains vibrant through multiple seasons of use.
