Design details and message

The graphic features a lighthouse emitting beams over waves against a blue circular background, symbolizing guidance through dark times. This imagery reinforces the hope and healing message printed above and below the art: “YOU MATTER.” and “PLEASE STAY.” The visual elements work together to create a comforting reminder that no one has to face struggles alone. It is a meaningful way to carry a positive message without needing to speak aloud.

Product specifications

This comfortable tee is made from soft white cotton fabric with black, blue, and grey print. The unisex fit suits adults looking for supportive apparel that feels good against the skin. The material is breathable and durable enough for everyday wear, whether you are attending an awareness walk or simply wanting to keep the message close during a difficult week.

What does the ‘You Matter. Please Stay.’ phrase mean?

It is a direct message of support and encouragement for individuals experiencing suicidal thoughts or mental health crises. The phrase reminds people that their life has value and that staying connected to others can make a difference. It serves as a gentle plea for safety and community.

Is this shirt appropriate for National Suicide Prevention Month?

Yes, wearing this tee in September helps raise visibility for suicide prevention efforts. It shows solidarity with those affected by mental health struggles during a time when many organizations focus on education and outreach. The shirt fits well with advocacy events, fundraisers, or personal reflection during the month.

Where can I find crisis resources if I am struggling?

If you are in crisis, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the US. This shirt is a symbol of support, not a replacement for professional help. Use the number to connect with trained counselors who can provide immediate assistance.
